{"id":2426,"date":"2016-12-28T20:04:31","date_gmt":"2016-12-29T02:04:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mansfieldsoccer.org\/?page_id=2426"},"modified":"2017-06-20T14:11:47","modified_gmt":"2017-06-20T19:11:47","slug":"competitive-team-registration","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mansfieldsoccer.org\/index.php\/competitive-team-registration\/","title":{"rendered":"Competitive Team Registration"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"widget-title\">Competitive Team Registration<\/h1>\n<p>Registration for competitive teams can be completed online using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gotsport.com\/forms\/app\/?EventID=60953\">GotSoccer registration page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1>Required Documents<\/h1>\n<p>The following documents must be delivered to the MSA soccer office during normal office hours<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive player forms for each player<\/li>\n<li>A copy of each\u00a0player&#8217;s birth certificate<\/li>\n<li>A signed copy of\u00a0the team fact sheet signature page<\/li>\n<li>A copy of an email\u00a0showing that the NTSSA background check has\u00a0been\u00a0&#8220;accepted&#8221; for each coach, manager, and assistant coach.<\/li>\n<li>A completed copy of the NTSSA competitive roster<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once these items have been dropped of the registrar will complete the registration and email you when you packet is ready to pick up. This packet will include an invoice. The invoice is due when the packet is picked up.<\/p>\n<h1>Cost<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>$25\/player<\/li>\n<li>$10\/coach\/manager<\/li>\n<li>$100 administrative fee ($50 for the Fall and $50 for the\u00a0Spring &#8211; the total\u00a0due\u00a0in the Fall)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Competitive Team Registration Registration for competitive teams can be completed online using the GotSoccer registration page.
